RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

19.1 Amicable Settlement

19.1.1 The parties agree to affect all reasonable efforts to resolve any and all disputes, misunderstandings or controversy between them arises out or in interpretation of this Contract in an amicable manner.

19.1.2. The parties agree that any dispute arises in connection with this Contract and which cannot be amicably resolved by the parties shall be resolved by Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes in the manner described below.

19.1.3. If a party intends to begin ADR to resolve a dispute such party will attempt to settle it by negotiation firstly. Within seven (7) days following notification in writing of a dispute in connection with the Project by either Party to the other, the Parties shall meet and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute amicably through negotiation.
